Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex welcomes new commander

Brig. Gen. Lindsay Droz succeeded Brig. Gen. Brian Moore as commander of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex in a change of command ceremony held here July 1, 2025.

Lt. Gen. Stacey Hawkins, Air Force Sustainment Center commander, presided over the ceremony.

“Brian Moore's list of accomplishments during his time as the Oklahoma City agency goes on and on and on. His time in command has truly been extraordinary and represents a pacing inflection point in the 80 plus history year history of the Air Force's organic industrial base,” Hawkins said. “Brian, I wish you the best as you go on to your next assignment at agency headquarters in Ohio.”

Hawkins praised Droz’s accomplishments, mentioning her experience with logistics and engineering, in addition to maintenance and sustainment.

“Her combat time in Turkey, Qatar, Iraq and Kuwait fully cements her place as one of the most productive warfighters serving on active duty today. She deployed worldwide in support of Operations Northern Watch, Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. She also directed policy and procedures aircraft and commanders, maintenance, nuclear weapon systems sustainment, software engineering, and supply chain management activities,” Hawkins said. “The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex is blessed to have Brigadier General Lindsay Droz and her family on board under her leadership.”

Droz previously served as the Director of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection and Nuclear Integration at Air Force Materiel Command Headquarters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

As incoming commander, she addressed the OC-ALC for the first time.

“Everything we do is important and it has a purpose. I am excited to help you in that journey,” Droz said. “You are getting a leader who believes in you, and we are going to accomplish great things together providing combat capability to the warfighter.”

After two years as commander of the OC-ALC, Moore will serve at Air Force Materiel Command Headquarters at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.

The OC-ALC is one of the largest units in the Air Force Materiel Command with a team of over 9,000 military and civilian professionals delivering combat power for America. The complex performs programmed depot maintenance and modifications on KC-46, KC-135, B-1B, B-52, E-3 and Navy E-6 aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul for several engines and a wide variety of commodities for the Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and foreign military sales.
