The mission of the 72nd ABW is to deliver exceptional support as a power projection platform to enable Tinker Air Force Base’s diverse mission set. It is responsible for the infrastructure and support for 96,000 base employees, family members and retirees. It services and provides support to headquarters, Air Force Sustainment Center; the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex; five wings and 45 associate units representing eight major commands.
