TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Air Force Sustainment Center Commander Lt. Gen. Jennifer Hammerstedt and Louisiana Tech University President Dr. Jim Henderson signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Monday, at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex on Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
