HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Hiring managers here are seeking civilian candidates for a recruitment and hiring event featuring careers in digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise information technology across the Air Force.
Opportunities are available within the Cyber and Networks Directorate, with applicants offered invitation-only interviews taking place in June 2026.
“These positions are critical to delivering secure, resilient, and integrated cyber and network capabilities that enable decision-makers and warfighters to operate effectively in contested environments,” said Brig. Gen. Joshua Williams, Program Executive Officer for Cyber and Networks.

Positions are available at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts; Joint Base San Antonio (Lackland), Texas; Gunter Annex, Alabama; and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
The Cyber and Networks Directorate is responsible for delivering and sustaining a diverse portfolio of systems that provide secure communications, enterprise IT services, and cyber defense capabilities to Air Force and joint users worldwide.
Its mission spans network infrastructure, cloud-based services, cybersecurity architecture, and command and control systems that ensure reliable information flow across the force. These capabilities are foundational to enabling global operations and maintaining information superiority in increasingly contested domains.
Personnel within the directorate oversee the full lifecycle of systems, from development and acquisition to sustainment and modernization.
Efforts ensure that Air Force networks remain secure, interoperable, and capable of supporting mission requirements at scale.

Program managers lead acquisition efforts by balancing cost, schedule, and performance, while cybersecurity professionals and engineers develop and implement solutions to defend and enhance network capabilities.
