The Occupational Medicine Clinic (Bldg 3334) provides Civil Service employees care relating to on-the-job injury, illness, and physical examinations for those working in hazardous areas. The Audiology Clinic provides audiograms to employees on the hearing conservation program.

Using the Occupational Medicine Clinic will expedite treatment of medical care and in time, result in an overall reduction of injury compensation costs.  If an off base facility is utilized for emergent care, members are still required to be cleared to return to work by an Occupational Medicine physician.  We encourage all federal employees to report to the Occupational Medicine Clinic when injured on the job for timely and cost effective health care. Remember to report to Occupational Medicine after any job related illness or injury before returning to work.

Civilian employees requiring a routine medical appointment due to a job related injury or illness may call 734-3421, to schedule an appointment.  All appointments should be scheduled in advance.  Employees requiring an annual surveillance examination or audiogram may e-mail lielani.tull@us.af.mil for appointment scheduling information.
Employees should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made 24 hours in advance. If notification is not received 24 hours prior, the no show policy will be enforced.
No-Show Policy

If an employee does not present for an appointment or arrives after the scheduled appointment time, a "No Show" notification will be sent to the employee's supervisor. Failure to keep scheduled appointments depletes the limited medical resources that are available to civilians at Tinker AFB. Each "No Show" represents an appointment that could have been used by another civilian employee.

Emergency Care
Occupational Medicine does not have an emergency room, but is able to care for a variety of injuries and illnesses that are job related. If we find that the injury or illness is beyond our scope of care, we will ensure the employee is stabilized and transported to the nearest civilian medical facility for proper treatment.

For weekend or after-hours emergency care please call 911 or report to the nearest urgent care or emergency room. For emergent treatment during duty hours, call 911 and state your location on base.
