Three members of the 72nd Air Base Wing were recently honored with Wildcatter Awards.

Charlotte Davis is a human resources specialist within the Civilian Personnel Office. As the lead recruiter for Tinker AFB, her dynamic and outgoing personality has been a driving force in her attending more than 25 career fairs and talking to more than 2,500 potential applicants for employment with the federal government. Her positive attitude and willingness to be the "face" of Tinker has been a driving force to help attract and recruit the best and brightest applicants to help support the warfighter effort.

One of her recent accomplishments was to lead a group of personnel in doing a comprehensive wage survey of more than 150 businesses within the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area.  Her coordination of administrative and vehicle support enabled teams to get out to businesses to gather important wage information the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service will use to ensure that Federal Wage Schedule employees are compensated appropriately for the work they perform. Her exceptional attitude and willingness to be successful is evident in each task she performs.

First Lt. Travis Hough has stepped up to ensure that the 72nd Mission Support Group machine has been running on all cylinders. During the last year, he has effectively processed MSG tasks, properly allocating to subordinate units, scrubbing returned information, and ensuring the 72nd MSG commander and vice commander had the proper/correct information to make command decisions. He created the Basic Allowance for Subsistence waiver process to allow units across Tinker to properly certify the requirement and garnering MSG commander approval, balancing unit mission requirements with Airman meal needs.

Lastly, he managed MSG officer and enlisted evaluations/decorations ensuring enlisted and officer performance reports and decorations met standards and were processed in a timely manner taking care of each MSG member.

Tech. Sgt. Christopher Tucy, with the 72nd Force Support Squadron's Force Management Office, has been a valued part of Team Tinker since his arrival to the base in June 2014.  Filling a senior non-commissioned officer billet and performing as the Force Management superintendent, Sergeant Tucy has tackled many challenging changes within the Air Force's Enlisted Evaluation System.

He orchestrated and conducted three town hall briefings for 672 commanders, first sergeants and fellow Airmen regarding recent and upcoming changes to the feedback process and the newly developed enlisted performance evaluation forms.

He has also been entrusted as the local system management expert for the new virtual Personnel Center and to date has conducted 12 instructional briefings training commanders and administrative personnel on the new system. Furthermore, his leadership was instrumental in the development of a weekly report provided to Tinker leadership on unit OPR/EPR timeliness resulting in an amazing 90 percent on-time rate to the Air Force Personnel Center.
