AF experts to discuss EES, WAPS changes during briefings Published July 13, 2015 By Air Force Personnel Center TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- Personnel from Air Force headquarters and the Air Force Personnel Center will be at Tinker Air Force Base next week to share information about Enlisted Evaluation System and Weighted Airman Promotion System changes. Briefings will be held at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. July 13 in the Tinker Auditorium. During the briefing, EES/WAPS subject matter experts will speak about changes that have already been implemented, those slated for implementation in the months ahead, and the reasons and philosophy behind the changes.
