EEP accepting applications Published Dec. 5, 2014 By Staff 72nd Force Support Squadron TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- The 72nd Force Support Squadron's Civilian Training Operations office is currently accepting applications for the Employee Enhancement Program scheduled to begin in April. EEP is a leadership and knowledge enhancement program designed to develop and broaden participants' leadership skills and knowledge of the mission, structure, and business activities of key organizations at Tinker Air Force Base. The program lasts for one year and encompasses classroom work, briefings, tours, activities, seminars and meetings. Participants will be meeting one or two days each month and must also commit to attending a week long skills development training session where consistent attendance is imperative. To be considered, applicants must be Air Force Sustainment Center-Tinker and Life Cycle Management Center-Tinker employees, in grades GS-9 through GS-12, or WG-10 through WS-14. Those interested should request a Nomination Report Individual Product/application package through their respective organizational training monitor and submit the NOMRIP/ application package through their supervisor. Requests for NOMRIPS must be submitted to your training manager no later than Dec. 19 and completed applications must be submitted to 72nd FSS/FSDEO (EEP) to the attention of Tim Collins, no later than Jan. 16 for consideration.
