Article 15 actions
· A senior airman received a reduction in grade to E-3, 15 days extra duty and reprimand for two counts of willful dereliction of duty.
· An airman first class received a reduction in grade to E-2 and a reprimand for being absent without leave.
· An airman first class received a reduction in grade to E-2 and a reprimand for going from his place of duty and three counts of making a false official statement.
· A senior airman received a reduction in grade to E-3, 30 days extra duty and reprimand for misuse of Government Travel Card.
· A technical sergeant received a reduction in grade to E-5 and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order.
· A staff sergeant received a reduction in grade to E-4 (suspended), forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for two counts of making a false official statement and for feigning illness.
· An airman first class received a reduction in grade to E-2, forfeiture of $100 pay per month for two months (suspended), 10 days extra duty (suspended) and a reprimand for failure to go.

Administrative discharges
· An airman first class received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct: Minor Disciplinary Infractions. The misconduct included: habitually failing to report to work on time, failing to obey orders and making false official statements.
· A senior airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct: Drug abuse and Minor Disciplinary Infractions. The misconduct included: manufacturing, distributing and use of a Schedule 1 Controlled Dangerous Substance known as Dimethyltryptamine or Dreamster, driving under the influence resulting in a personal injury, failing to go, failing to follow tech data and multiple PT failures.
· A senior airman received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Conditions that Interfere With Military Service: Mental Disorders.
· An airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct: Minor Disciplinary Infractions. The misconduct included: multiple occasions of failure to go, failure to maintain standards and financial irresponsibility.
· An airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct: Drug Abuse for wrongfully using marijuana.
· An airman first class received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Conditions that Interfere With Military Service: Mental Disorders.
· An airman first class received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Conditions That Interfere With Military Service: Mental Disorders.
· An airman first class received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance: Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.
