On Oct. 2, 1st Lt Michael P. Labrie of the 424th Supply Chain Management Squadron was found guilty at a General Court-Martial of one charge for cruelty or maltreatment, two specifications of wrongful sexual contact, one charge for assault consummated by battery, one charge of conduct unbecoming, one charge of obstructing justice, six specifications for fraternization and one charge for other offenses under article 134. He was sentenced to a dismissal and five months confinement.

Article 15 actions
· A technical sergeant received a reduced in grade to E-5 and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana.

· A senior airman was reduced in grade to E-3 (suspended), a forfeiture of $500 (suspended), 30 days extra duty (24 suspended) and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty.

· A technical sergeant received a reduction to E-5 (suspended), a forfeiture of $700 pay per month for two months (suspended), 30 days extra duty (suspended) and a reprimand for a false official statement.

· A second lieutenant received a forfeiture of $1,000 pay per month for two months (suspended) and a reprimand for drunken driving.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2 and a reprimand for a false official statement.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2 (suspended), 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for being absent without leave.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2, restriction to base for 30 days and a reprimand for being drunk and a discredit to the service.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2, 30 days extra duty, and a reprimand for being AWOL.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2 (suspended), a forfeiture of $250 and a reprimand for failure to go.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2 (suspended), a forfeiture of $252 and a reprimand for two counts of failure to go.

· A senior airman was reduced to E-3 and received a reprimand for dereliction of duty.

· A senior airman received a reduction to E-3 (suspended) and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order.

· A senior airman was reduced to E-3 (suspended), given a forfeiture of $1,017 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty.

· A senior airman was reduced to E-3 (suspended), and given a reprimand for negligent dereliction of duty.

Administrative discharges
· An airman basic received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Minor Disciplinary Infractions. The misconduct included: habitually failing to report to work on time.

· An airman first class received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· An airman first class received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· A senior airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Minor Disciplinary Infractions. The misconduct included: failure to obey an order, multiple occasions of failure to report to duty on time, failure to execute assigned duty tasks and making a false official statement.

· An airman first class received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Drug Abuse for wrongfully using Robitussin.

· An airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance: Unsatisfactory duty performance, failure to perform assigned duties properly.

· An airman first class received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Conditions That Interfere With Military Service: Mental Disorders - Personality Disorders.

· A senior airman received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Misconduct: Drug Abuse for self-identifying and seeking treatment for using marijuana.

· An airman first class received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct: Drug Abuse for wrongfully using Robitussin.

· An airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct: Minor Disciplinary Infractions. Some of the misconduct included: multiple instances of failure to report to the appointed place of duty on time and making multiple false statements with the intent to deceive.

· An airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct: Minor Disciplinary Infractions. Some of the misconduct included: participating in a food fight in the Tinker dining facility, pushing a SNCO, posting indecent language on a social networking site while in uniform and failing to report for duty.

· A staff sergeant waived his right to a Board Hearing and received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· A technical sergeant waived his right to a Board Hearing and received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.
