The Airman and Family Readiness Center will host the 11th annual event April 12. Operation K.U.D.O.S. provides an opportunity for military children to better understand deployment operations in which they are immersed into the deployment experience. Fun activities have been planned for the children such as processing the mobility line, boarding a military aircraft, receiving a commander's briefing, running through an obstacle course, tasting Meals Ready to Eat, camouflage painting and much more. Children are encouraged to wear their parent's past or present uniforms. They will also have an opportunity to view weapons displays and military working dogs in action. All dependents of Tinker ID cardholders and Oklahoma City area military members are welcome to attend. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Operation K.U.D.O.S. is sure to be a fun and exciting time for the whole family. Kids may begin their deployment experience by signing up for any one of the five chalk times -- 9 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:15 a.m. and noon.
