After a long hiatus, Crime Doesn't Pay is back with a  vengeance, filling you in on all the Article 15 actions, courts martial, and administrative discharges from the past quarter.

Article 15 Actions
· A senior airman received a reduction to E-3 (suspended) and a reprimand for disrespecting an NCO, failure to obey a lawful order and making a false official statement.

· A master sergeant received a reduction to technical sergeant (suspended), forfeiture of $428 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for two specifications of failure to obey a general order.

· A senior airman received a reduction to E-3, seven days extra duty and a reprimand for use of Oxycodone, a Schedule II controlled substance.

· A senior airman received forfeiture of $1201 pay per month for two months (suspended), 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to go, dereliction of duty and disorderly conduct while on duty.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-1 (rank below E-2 suspended) and a reprimand for two specifications of failure to go.

· A staff sergeant received a reduction to E-4 and a reprimand for dereliction of duty and three specifications for cruelty or maltreatment.

· A staff sergeant received a reduction to E-4, 20 days extra duty and a reprimand for violating a general order.

· A staff sergeant received a reduction to E-4 (suspended), 28 days extra duty (14 days suspended) and a reprimand for communicating a threat and two specifications of sexual harassment.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2, 15 days extra duty (suspended) and a reprimand for drunk and/or disorderly conduct and two specifications of failure to obey a lawful order. The suspended extra duty days were later vacated.

· An airman received a reduction to E-1 and a reprimand for violation of a general order and being drunk on duty.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2, 15 days restriction to the limits of Tinker Air Force Base and a reprimand for driving under the influence.

· A senior airman received a reduction to E-3, forfeitures of $949 pay per month for two months (suspended), 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for dereliction of duty, driving under the influence, disorderly conduct on duty, communicating a threat and three specifications of assault consummated by a battery.

· A senior airman received a reduction to E-3, forfeiture of $250.00 pay per month for two months (suspended), and a reprimand for failure to go and making a false official statement.

· A staff sergeant received a reduction to E-4 (suspended), forfeitures of $600.00 pay (suspended), and a reprimand (set aside) for dereliction of duty and three specifications of cruelty or maltreatment.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2 (suspended), forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for two months (remitted), and a reprimand for violation of a general order.
· A staff sergeant received a reduction to E-4, 15 days extra duty, and a reprimand for failure to go.

· A master sergeant received a reduction to E-6, forfeiture of $150.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for communicating a threat, soliciting a subordinate to make a false official statement, signing a false official statement, and two specifications of dereliction of duty.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-1 (rank below E-2 suspended), forfeiture of $758.00 pay per month for two months (suspended), 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand for driving under the influence.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2 (suspended), forfeiture of $150.00 pay, and a reprimand for disorderly conduct. Suspended reduction to E-2 was later vacated.

· An airman received a reduction to E-1 (suspended), forfeiture of $50.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand for indecent language.

· An airman first class received a reduction to E-2, 20 days restriction to the limits of Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and a reprimand for dereliction of duty and two specifications of failure to go.

· An airman received a reduction to E-1 and a reprimand for failure to go.

· A staff sergeant received a reduction to E-4 and a reprimand for two specifications of dereliction of duty.

· A senior airman received a reduction to E-3 (suspended), forfeitures of $949.00 pay per month for two months (suspended), and a reprimand for driving under the influence.

Administrative Discharges
· An airman first class received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Minor Disciplinary Infractions. Some of the misconduct included: providing false official statements, failure to go, and wrongfully communicating a threat.

· An airman first class received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Minor Disciplinary Infractions. Some of the misconduct included: failure to go on multiple occasions, failure to use a fireguard/observer while refueling an aircraft, and taking his phone into and industrial area where cell phones are prohibited.

· An airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Minor Disciplinary Infractions. Some of the misconduct included: failure to use the proper chain of command, failure to go, failure to make payment on the Military STAR Card Account, and consuming alcohol while under the legal age of 21.

· An airman basic received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for primary basis of Misconduct - Drug Abuse for using spice and secondary basis of Misconduct - Minor Disciplinary Infractions. Some of the misconduct included: wrongfully entering an off-limits establishment, failing to go on numerous occasions, and sleeping on duty.

· An airman first class received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Drug Abuse for misusing Robitussin.

· An airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for A Pattern of Misconduct - Discreditable Involvement with Military or Civil Authorities. Some of the misconduct included: being drunk and disorderly, and driving while drunk.

· An airman first class received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· A senior airman received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· An airman received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Minor Disciplinary Infractions. Some of the misconduct included: multiple occasions of failure to report to duty on time and participating in a food fight at the dining facility.

· An airman first class received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· A senior airman received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· A senior airman received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance- Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· An airman basic received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Minor Disciplinary Infractions and a secondary basis of Conditions that Interfere With Military Service: Mental Disorders - Adjustment Disorders. The misconduct included: numerous occasions of failure to report to duty on time and lying to a NCO.

· An airman first class waived his right to a Board Hearing and received an Under Other Than Honorable Conditions discharge for Misconduct - A Pattern of Misconduct, Conduct Prejudicial to Good Order and Discipline. The misconduct included: impeding a Security Forces investigation and communicating a threat.

· A staff sergeant waived his right to a Board Hearing and received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· A staff sergeant waived his right to a Board Hearing and received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge for Misconduct - Civilian Conviction.

· A senior airman waived his right to a Board Hearing and received an Honorable Conditions discharge for Unsatisfactory Performance - Failure to Meet Minimum Fitness Standards.

· A technical sergeant received an Under Honorable Conditions (General) discharge after a Board Hearing was convened for Misconduct: A Pattern of Misconduct, Discreditable Involvement with Military or Civil Authorities. Some of the misconduct included: pleading guilty to breaking and entering a dwelling without permission, public intoxication, violating a protective order issued by the District Court of Cleveland County, Okla., and reckless driving.
