The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex and Moog Inc. have recently signed a formal partnership agreement for the repair and overhaul of the B-2 primary flight control actuation system in support of future planned aircraft programmed depot maintenance.
The B-2 OC-ALC/Moog Partnership has been in development for several years.

Moog and OC-ALC have successfully completed key parts obsolescence and manufacturing mitigation plans, updated complex technical manuals and are in the process of building additional test systems in preparation for the overhaul program.
This partnership will ensure for successful depot activation for the 550th Commodities Maintenance Squadron.

It is estimated that the partnership effort will add approximately 24,000 man hours per year in repair/overhaul by 2015 in touch labor for OC-ALC.

The enhanced overhaul and repair capability will improve the efficiency of operations, streamline parts provisioning and reduce the cost of parts and services, significantly improving the centers ability to sustain the B-2 for the next 25 years and beyond.
