Are you ready to play the Feud? Annual event is back

Team Tinker Fabulous Feud is back! The 72nd Force Support Squadron is giving away $500 cash to the winning team in the Fabulous Feud. This year's event is set to begin at 4:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Tinker Club.

A game host will conduct the games and all team competitors will compete for cash prizes. First place takes home $500, second place wins $300, third receives $200 and the fourth place team gets $100. A team spirit/best costume award of $200 is also up for grabs.

Fabulous Feud is open to all Air Force and Navy squadrons, division units and groups. Reservists, base contractors and families of military members playing are also eligible to participate. All players must be Tinker ID card holders and have access to the base. The sign-up deadline is noon Feb. 14.

Rules:
1. Teams must have three to five people, two of whom must be single active duty Airmen, Sailors or reservists. The single Airmen, Sailors or reservists can be officer or enlisted members who are not married or are single parents.
2. Teams can consist of squadron, division units or base contractors, retirees and families of military members playing (active or retired).
3. Teams may consist of members who work in the same squadron. Spouses may participate on behalf of unit or squadron.
4. Mixed teams consisting of members who work from a maximum of one other unit or squadron will be permitted.
5. Multiple teams from any same unit/squadron and mixed teams will dual against each other in a one question face off lightning round prior to the start of the main tournament.
6. Participants may only play on one team throughout the event. All members must be present when their team is called to play. (Teams must start and finish with the same team players, no subs allowed).
7. Teams will earn points for their answers.
8. The team that earns the most points wins.
9. All judges' decisions are final.
10. Applications are not prioritized.

Players must be 18 years old to participate. This event may not be suitable for a younger audience.

The team spirit award will be presented to the team entered into the contest that displays the most spirit and team unity during the competition. This also includes dress and appearance.

There will be a limited number of teams per unit, group or squadron. When all 31 slots are filled with valid team entries, a reserve waiting list will be established.
