Ray Tinker Public Affairs TINKER AIR FORCE BASE, Okla. -- A Tinker AFB officer has admitted fraternizing with enlisted Airmen, and was convicted of mistreating a subordinate, wrongful sexual contact, and conduct unbecoming an officer and gentleman. In a recent general court-martial, 1st Lt. Michael Labrie of the 424th Supply Chain Management Squadron pleaded guilty to five counts of fraternization, and admitted streaming on the Internet a video of himself having sex with a woman. In addition, the presiding judge, Lt. Col. Natalie Richardson from Offutt AFB, found the lieutenant guilty of maltreatment of a subordinate, two acts of wrongful sexual contact, assault consummated by battery upon a female lieutenant, and one count of attempted fraternization. "He had a pattern of trying to date enlisted women in his unit," said Capt. Jeremy Maldonado, the prosecuting trial counsel. Lieutenant Labrie was found not guilty of enticing an unknown civilian woman to engage in certain sexual acts and send him pictures of those encounters. Colonel Richardson sentenced Lieutenant Labrie to five months' confinement in jail and dismissal from the Air Force. In addition, he will be required by law to register as a sex offender. Most of the offenses occurred in late 2010 and early 2011 when Lieutenant Labrie was stationed at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, but the latest incident occurred in August 2012. The offenses were discovered after the officer PCSed to Tinker. Lieutenant Labrie is a divorced 27-year-old graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, records reflect.
