Art of possible

Robert Martin, a sheet metal mechanic with the 564th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, examines the floors on a KC-135 Stratotanker in the Inspection Dock of Bldg. 2283. When all of the fabric in the walls, ceilings and floors of the aircraft is completely taken out, it will be thoroughly sprayed with a Corrosion Preventative Compound. This step will take approximately three days, compared to being scattered throughout the entirety of the aircraft’s maintenance schedule. (Air Force photos by Kelly White)
