Turkey check

Before aromas of a traditional Thanksgiving feast fill the air, Public Health Flight personnel are already checking Base Commissary items during an Oct. 25 routine inspection of the store. Airman 1st Class Manolo Rosas checks staples such as turkeys, canned pumpkin for pies and the variety of veggies and stuffings to ensure package integrity and freshness are good, as is typically true of the base commissary groceries. Following the Public Health technician’s example in your family feast planning and cooking will help you have a happy, home-cooked Thanksgiving.
