Airman 1st Class Kenneth Leeper, 3rd Combat Communications Group, stands by the wreath he placed for Airman 1st Class Cartney Jean McRaven of the 32nd Combat Communications Squadron as Airman 1st Class Heather Wallace, 72nd Medical Group, places a wreath honoring Airman 1st Class Lakesha Richardson Levy, 72nd Medical Support Squadron, during an April 19 ceremony at Tinker’s Oklahoma City Alfred P. Murrah bombing memorial. The ceremony was dedicated to the two Airmen and 166 others who died 17 years ago. Tinker’s Airmen were in the Social Security office when the building was attacked.
