Ethan Bullock, an 72nd Communications Squadron information technology asset management warehouse manager, prepares to load 13 pallets of computer hardware for customer Staff Sgt. Courtney Adams of the 552nd Operations Group who finalizes paperwork with Janice Morrison, a base equipment control officer. Better service for their many customers was a goal of the 72nd Communications Squadron’s recent Rapid Improvement Event that focused on better ways to store millions of dollars of equipment in multiple warehouses.
