R.E.S.P.E.C.T. “R.E.S.P.E.C.T. isn’t just a program, a flash in the pan, but it’s a way of living,” emphasized Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center Commander Maj. Gen. Bruce Litchfield, second from left, during a Dec. 1 award ceremony recognizing two Tinker employees whose respect-themed posters were chosen as winners to promote the R.E.S.P.E.C.T program. Winners Joe Levine, 72nd Communications Squadron, and Starlyn Cooper, 76th Maintenance Wing, created their posters around the acronym R.E.S.P.E.C.T. Promoting Recognition, Equality, Sincerity, Professionalism, Empathy, Courtesy and Tolerance as part of the center’s culture is the program’s goal. “Respect should be ingrained in everything we do every day,” said Col.
