Using standardized procedures increased production in the Wash/Strip area of the 551st Commodities Maintenance Squadron, nearly tripling the amount of parts ready for customers. Doug Applegate masks a KC-135 right-hand outboard flap preparing it for depainting and washing. Masking was one of many processes standardized following a Rapid Improvement Event in the shop.
