Uncrating an incoming KC-135 flap in the 551st Commodities Maintenance Squadron Wash/Strip shop, Luke Robison and Tony Saleeby III, seated, are part of a team reaping increased production output benefits from a recent Rapid Improvement Event. Standardizing all processes saw a dramatic jump in production numbers, earning leadership praise for the shop and inspiring workers to continue searching for more ways to improve output.
