Cecilia Ainsworth, a Production Management Specialist with the 421st Supply Chain Management Squadron, watches as Col. The last previous entry in the log occurred more than 61 years ago. Ainsworth, the civilian employer of a 507th ARW Air Force Reservist, had been selected to participate in the December 3 flight. The flights are conducted to show civilian employers the importance of their support for national defense.

The 72nd Air Base Wing welcomed Col. Kenyon Bell as its new commander May 1 during a Change of Command Ceremony at the Tinker Club. Air Force Sustainment Center Commander Lt. Gen. Lee K. Levy II presided over the ceremony and Chief Master Sgt. Melissa Erb, the new 72ABW command chief, was the guidon bearer. Colonel Bell replaces Col. Stephanie Wilson as the 72nd ABW commander.
