Talking trends

John Caporal, acting director of the Secretary of the Air Force Office of Small Business Programs, the Pentagon, is the first presenter of the Nov. 8-10 Tinker and the Primes held at the Reed Center in Midwest City. The annual event focuses on partnerships between Tinker, government contractors and small businesses. Mr. Caporal addressed trends in those partnerships and commented on future outlooks.
