Brett Housley was one of several Tinker presenters covering topics from stress management, counseling and mentoring to career progression during the week-long Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Enhancement Seminar held here Oct. 25 and attended by more than 20 NCOs. The quarterly seminars are sponsored by the Team Tinker Career Assistance Advisors.
