Airman 1st Class Stephanie Butzer and Airman Justin Ginn are surrounded by medical records in one of several rooms of the 72nd Medical Group’s Outpatient Records Section. Decreased manning necessitated decentralizing the record system and reverting to a centralized system. Technicians are filing new records and approximately a foot-high worth of existing records each day to complete the move. “The mission for getting it done quickly is to serve our patients quickly and efficiently,” said Staff Sgt.
