Restoration
Vinton King, 72nd Air Base Wing Civil Engineer Directorate holds a monitoring device that will be placed in a well outside Tinker’s Bldg. 3001. The wells are drilled to install the devices, which monitor and track chemicals at varying depths in the “upper-saturated zone” ground water. After a recent visit, officials say Tinker is on target in environmental cleanup efforts that are part of the installation restoration program. (Air Force photo by Brion Ockenfels)
