Serving the spirit

On a cold Friday night, Navy Fleet Reconnaissance THREE Airman Michael Wilson gets a free coffee and a warm, friendly greeting by volunteer Staff Sgt. Lisa Vincelette at the chapel-sponsored Latté Lounge. Located in Loop Hall, Bldg. 5913, the lounge offers Airmen a positive, upscale place to play billiards or electronic games, meet friends and get free café-type refreshments. Sergeant Vincelette is an IMA and chaplain assistant who also donates many hours at the Lounge. She says being a part of such an outreach is exciting. “It charges me,” she says. “You know, they say it’s more blessed to give than receive.” (Air Force photo by Margo Wright)
