Retired Air Force Col. Leroy Stutz cradles an American flag presented to him during a Sept. 21 ceremony at the POW/MIA section of the Tinker Airpark. Colonel Stutz was held as a prisoner of war for more than six years in the “Hanoi Hilton” during the Vietnam War.
