Tinker Cemetery

In the small German family cemetery just inside the Air Depot gate, a headstone for Henry Boettger shows the 62-year-old man passed away in 1912, almost 30 years before World War II became a well-known term and Tinker Field sprouted up. (Air Force photo by Margo Wright)
