AFFSA owns the skies

Dwight Bell is one of only two people in the Air Force qualified to do his work. As a geodesist with the Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Evaluation Division of the AFFSA, he has traveled the globe surveying and measuring bare base sites and established areas identifying any obstacles that would interfere with or degrade communication or air traffic control systems’ radar signals.
