TAC transition
Tinker welder Jeff Tabor cuts through a section of a General Motors automobile final conveyor line at the Tinker Aerospace Complex recently while a waiting crane and other Tinker personnel will lift it from the pit. Work continues to remove floor and overhead steel and other remnants of the GM plant to transform the cavernous building for Tinker’s work. The area shown will eventually hold the sheet metal back shop now housed in Bldg. 2101. (Air Force photo/Margo Wright)
