NCO seminar

First Tinker Non-commissioned Officer Professional Enhancement Seminar for 2008. The seminar ran 11-14 Feb at the General Hill Conference Center. The attendees received 29 hours of briefings on Discipline, Air Force Ethics and Core Values, Team Building and Motivation, Career Progression, Counseling and Mentoring, Resource Management, Education Initiatives, Training Management, Expeditionary Air Force, Military Professional Writing and Enlisted Force Structure. In the seminar we had attendees from the 72nd ABW, 552nd ACW, 507th ARW, and tenant units. It ended with a certificate presentation and closing remarks from Chief Master Sgt.
