Good ideas

Pat Hines, civil engineer resource advisor, receives a personal visit and from Wade Wolfe, chief of transformation, integration and process improvements for Plans and Programs before coining her for identifying a problem and solution that saves over $100,000 dollars a year in the way utility payments are made. Ms. Hines and co-worker, Chris Cater, civil engineer budget analyst recently turned in a proposal to a transformation team which gathered additional data, assessed the proposed solutions, and fine-tuned it. “My sole purpose in life is to give your ideas exposure, the idea you and Chris presented was phenomenal,” said the enthusiastic Mr. Wolfe. “Because of you and Chris AFSO21 greenbelt training is better. It is all about eliminating waste, many of the good ideas come from our terrific workforce and not exclusively from management. If you or Chris ever have another idea, you call me and we’ll work it fast."
