Oklahoma Lt. Gov. Jari Askins listens to the passenger brief from 1st Lt. Wes Rounsaville, air battle manager, 963rd Airborne Air Control Squadron, before her orientation flight on the E-3 Sentry Wednesday. The 552nd Air Control Wing is responsible for the operations, maintenance, logistics, training and combat support of E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft and combat-ready Control and Reporting Centers in support of combatant commanders. The wing provides combat-ready theater battle management forces at the direction of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
