Paying tribute

World War II veteran and ex-prisoner of war Delbert Coulter visits with Col. Joseph Rossacci, 552nd Air Control Wing vice commander, after a Veterans Day program Nov. 10 at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
