Navy celebration

Rear Adm. Doug McClain, an Oklahoma native and director of Global Operations (J3) at U.S. Strategic Command, a Sailor who has served in several operations, earned numerous decorations and has flown more than 6,500 hours in carrier jet aircraft, was the featured speaker during this year’s Navy Ball. He thanked the thousands of Sailors deployed around the globe and the families who support their Sailors at home or abroad. “A Sailor will never let you down,” he stated firmly.
