ALI BASE, Iraq -- Staff Sgt. Erik Catalfu (left), Senior Airman Kristen Burch (kneeling) and Justin Brassell (right), 407th Expeditionary Communications Squadron, look through Airman?s Manuals to identify an unexploded ordinance (UXO) Oct. 15, 2008. An indirect fire exercise was held here to test the response of nonmilitary and military members. It also tested skills like self aid buddy care and procedures for identifying UXOs.
