Flu mist

Senior Airman Denne Boykins, 72nd Medical Operations Squadron immunization services, holds up a live flu vaccine in the form of a nasal mist. The vaccine is currently available for active duty military members. The immunization clinic is open from 7:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A flu shot drive-through for active duty members under age 50 will be held from 6 to 7:30 a.m. next Monday through Friday in the dorm parking lot on Arnold Street, across from the Medical Group. Immunization services can schedule to come out to units with 200 or more members. The vaccine will be made available to dependents and retirees at a later date, which will be published in the Tinker Take Off. (Air Force photo/Micah Garbarino)
