Guardians of the night

Airman 1st Class Jereme Middleton, left, and Senior Airman Charles Shumpert are a security response team of the 72nd Security Forces Squadron. This night they protect the E-3 Sentry ramp area, monitoring all activity. Tinker’s miles of ramps and runways are still open for business and active throughout the night as personnel forget the clock, do their duty and get used to sleeping during the day.
