Senior Leader's Forum

Brig. Gen. Michelle Johnson described her role in the war on terrorism and the increasing threat of cyber-terrorism when she spoke July 2 to Tinker’s Senior Leaders’ Forum in the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center. General Johnson, the deputy director for the War on Terrorism, Strategic Plans and Policy Directorate at the Pentagon, also took questions and shared her thoughts on the qualities of a good leader, stressing the importance of not being a controller but being humble and asking informed questions.
