Westgate visit Tinker, impressed by team spirit

Barbara Westgate, executive director of Air Force Materiel Command, ended a three-day Tinker visit July 3 with praise for the base. She added her thoughts on the military’s most vital asset, its workforce, commenting how personnel become more valuable with time and experience and the importance of leadership continuing to recognize that fact.
