Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex Commander Brig. Gen. Gene Kirkland presents the Production Member of the Year award to Craig Rayner, 564th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Production Flight chief. Mr. Rayner’s outstanding leadership of 1,200 production personnel, and in support of a 1,400-person strong organization, enabled the squadron to produce 60 KC-135 aircraft, three aircraft above the annual contract. Additionally, using tools such as Enterprise Value Stream Analysis, Mr. Rayner identified constraints to aircraft production and developed work scripting and gated processes resulting in the early delivery of 60 KC-135 aircraft.
