The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex Quality Assurance Team has been named the 2013 Air Force Materiel Command Non-Production Team of the Year. The QA team prepared the complex for the November 2013 Headquarters AFMC Logistics Compliance Assessment Program inspection, resulting in an “Excellent” rating for the complex and a first-ever “Excellent” rating for Occupational Health. They developed a risk reduction for parts, people and processes concept that is a benchmark for the Air Force Sustainment Center to review the health of maintenance processes from induction to sell. Finally, the team was key to the OC-ALC attaining FAA Part 145 Certification, the first Air Force organization to attain this rating.
