Lt. Gen. Greg Biscone, Air Force Inspector General, right, sits in the cockpit of an E-3 “Sentry” Airborne Warning and Control System aircraft and discusses the Block 40/45 upgrade with Capt. Grant Milbourn, pointing, and Staff Sgt. Zachary Kruly of the 965th Airborne Air Control Squadron during his tour of Tinker Air Force Base, Dec. 2-5. During his visit, General Biscone toured the High Frequency Program Office, Office of Special Investigations, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, 507th Air Refueling Wing and 552nd Air Control Wing. During his stay, the general also attended a number of meetings and briefings, including him briefing Tinker’s senior leaders on the Air Force’s new inspection system. Captain Milbourn is the squadron deputy flight safety officer and a co-pilot on the E-3, while Sergeant Kruly is the squadron safety noncommissioned officer-in-charge and a flight engineer.
