During a speech at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, retired Col. Leroy W. Stutz demonstrates one of the torture techniques used on him during the more than six years he spent as a prisoner of war during Vietnam. Assisting in the demonstration are, from left, Staff Sgt.
