In a skit during Back to Blue Feb. 26, Tech. Sgt. Joan Frantz, 72nd Air Base Wing Equal Opportunity Office, demonstrates intrusive leadership while counseling “Senior Airman Cash” on his financial and appearance troubles. This was just one of several skits Airmen performed on leadership. Through the quarterly Back to Blue events, 72nd Air Base Wing and Tinker Installation Command Chief Master Sgt. Thomas Christopher hopes to emphasize professionalism and the Wingman culture. The next event, scheduled for April 30 at the Maj. Charles B.
