Steve Walker, 72nd Logistics Readiness Squadron director, discusses squadron processes during an Oct. 5 “Walk the Wall” with Col. Stephanie Wilson, 72nd Air Base Wing and installation commander. Moving cargo or people safely and in a timely manner, with little to no errors, is what the team strives for. “We work on efficiency to make it as tight as we can with what we can do,” Mr. Walker said. “The goal is to get the planes out of here on time with as little discrepancies as possible.” Since January of this year, 1,800 personnel have deployed with just one discrepancy.
