Tinker holds Resiliency Day

Thirty-eight people participated in the Sept. 18 Resiliency Day POW/MIA Remembrance Ruck. They carried more than $100 worth of items to donate to the Airman and Family Readiness Center Food Pantry during their three-mile trek around the base. Master Sgts. Steven Colombo, 552nd Training Squadron, and Zach Merkl, 72nd Security Forces Squadron, lead the way for Tinker’s first Resiliency Day/F5 Music Fest. “This event was provided by Tinker AFB’s team of private orgs and their volunteers who helped make this possible,” Sergeant Colombo said. “I want to say thank you to my whole team for their extraordinary efforts. They are the rock stars that make our Air Force better every day. We all hope that Tinker enjoyed it as much as we did!” (Air Force photo by Kelly White/Released)
