SECNAV visits SCW-1 Sailors

During his visit to Strategic Communications Air Wing ONE Sept. 15, Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus re-enlists Petty Officer 1st Class Jeffery Gagin, Petty Officer 1st Class John Lewis, Petty Officer 2nd Class Vuth Rim and Petty Officer 3rd Class Asia Murray. The secretary also spoke to about 400 Sailors and Marines in Hangar 2 at the home of SCW-1 and Task Force 124 at Tinker AFB. Secretary Mabus has traveled more than 1 million miles visiting service members and others as the longest serving Navy secretary since World War II. See related story in next week’s paper.
